  Employees are kind and seem to have a decent idea of what they are talking about when it comes to phone details, what phone would work best for your needs etc. However I recall some months back having an issue: An employee had told us that I could get a certain selection of phones for free (Except for paying tax on said phone) as a weekend deal and had later found (after being charged for said phone on my next bill) that the deal was actually for trade ins. This was upsetting as I had asked him in several different ways that the phones were in fact free with no other asterisk. This was sorted out with T-mobile as a whole fortunately.
